Beam- and Image-Steering for Lidar and Augmented Reality Applications with MEMS Spatial Light Modulators
Presented by:
Yuzuru Takashima, University of ArizonaMEMS spatial light modulator (SLM) technology enables the unique capability for just-in-time photon delivery and for routing photons and information to where and at what times they are required. In this talk, Yuzuru Takashima introduces new methods to convert a MEMS SLM device into a beam- and image-steering device that solves common challenges in optical systems for lidar and augmented reality (AR) applications.
